On April 11-12, 2019, the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Transport Planning and Modeling. Smart transport for a smart city". The event aroused great interest: it was attended by more than 300 people, which is almost twice as many as last year.
The conference discussed topical aspects of state policy in the field of transport planning, problematic issues of creation and implementation of transport planning documents (PCRTI, CSODD, CSOT, PODD), IT solutions for traffic flow management, ITS, software products for transport planning.
In the sessions "Experience in the development of transport planning documents within the framework of the priority project "Safe and high-quality highways" and "Comprehensive survey of highways", the following topics were considered: practical aspects of the development of CSODD, problematic pricing issues of the development of transport planning documents, trends in the development of road diagnostic complexes, features of a comprehensive survey of highways and management tasks with using information and analytical systems, as well as issues of regulatory legal regulation.
