On April 16, the Russian University of Transport MIIT hosted a meeting on cooperation in the preparation and conduct of international scientific and educational events in the field of new transport technologies for advanced training for managers and specialists of customer services of road administrations of regions and urban agglomerations of the Russian Federation.
The meeting was attended by S.L. Mamulat, Adviser to the General Director, and E.A. Popova, Head of the Expert and Analytical Department, from the Federal State Budgetary Institution ROSDORNIA..
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Institute of International Transport Communications of RUT MIIT, Doctor of Economics Karapetyants I.V., Director of the International REC "Arctic Transport Systems and Technologies", Director of the ANO "Institute of Research and Expertise of VEB", Doctor of Economics Zvorykina Yu.V., Director of the REC "New Materials and Technologies for Road Management" Kuptsov S.M., Deputy Director of the International REC "Arctic Transport Systems and Technologies" Shamotailov M.Yu.
Following the results of the meeting, it was decided to start joint preparations for the holding in August-September 2019 on the basis of the RUT MIIT complex specialized International scientific and educational events, including:
- International Conference "Introduction of innovative technologies in
planning the development of the transport infrastructure of the regions" with the participation of leading foreign experts (Sweden, Belgium, China, Germany, France, USA and China).
- Certified professional development course for managers and
specialists of the customer's services of the road administrations of regions and urban agglomerations of the Russian Federation "The use of innovative technologies in the planning and implementation of road activity programs of regions and urban agglomerations", which presumably should include the study of the following topics:
- Methodology and best practices of road asset management.
- Methods of diagnostics and forecasting of the operational condition of road clothes.
- Planning of measures to increase the capital of road structures using the best technologies and materials:
- Superpave system coatings;
- stabilization of foundations and strengthening soils;
- regeneration of coatings and bases;
- bridge and tunnel repair technologies with increased load-bearing capacity.
- Methods of control and evaluation of operational properties of road materials and
structures at the stages of design, construction and operation.
- Methods of interaction with various target audiences, including an effective feedback system and strategies for information coverage of regional events of the National BCAD Project.
