The Federal Law "On Amendments to the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation" in connection with the abolition of licensing of construction activities, provides for mandatory membership of enterprises engaged in capital construction in the relevant Self-regulatory organizations. Since January 1, 2010, the types of construction, reconstruction, and capital repairs of construction facilities that affect the safety of capital construction facilities must be performed by legal entities that have Certificates of Admission to such types of work issued by a Self-Regulatory Organization.

Certificate No. 02-P-0206 dated August 10, 2011. The certificate was issued without a time limit and territories of its operation;

• work on the preparation of the scheme of the planning organization of the land plot;
• work on the preparation of constructive solutions;
• work on the preparation of information on internal engineering equipment, internal networks of engineering and technical support, on the list of engineering and technical measures;
• work on the preparation of information on external networks of engineering and technical support, on the list of engineering and technical measures;
• work on the preparation of technological solutions;
• work on the development of special sections of project documentation;
• work on the preparation of projects of environmental protection measures;
• work on the preparation of projects of measures to ensure fire safety;

The certificate was issued by the Non—profit Partnership "Self-regulating Organization "Interregional Association of Construction and Installation Organizations "Stroykorporatsiya" - a self-regulating organization based on the membership of persons engaged in construction. Certificate No. 0502.02-2010-7712006319- C-130 dated May 26, 2011. The certificate was issued without limitation of the term and territory of its validity.

• The quality management system is applied to the provision of services for construction control (technical supervision) during the construction, reconstruction, overhaul of highways and structures on them (ISO 9001);
• Occupational health and safety management system in relation to the design, construction, repair and maintenance of highways, bridges, other structures and ensuring safety on them (OHSAS 18001).
• Quality management system applied to the development of monitoring systems for stationary objects, software, hardware (ISO 9001:2008).

The license was issued by the Center for Licensing, Certification and Protection of State Secrets of the FSB of Russia GT N 011002 for work related to the use of information constituting a state secret, registration number 6198 from 4.12.2018 to 3.12.2023 (available on request);

The certificate was issued by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Field of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) on registration of the mass media PI No. FS77–64273 dated December 25, 2015.
