The use of modern Russian technologies has been brought to 100% during the implementation of the national road project in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), the press service of the governor of the region reports.

As part of the overhaul, crushed-mastic asphalt concrete (SHMA-16) of high strength, consisting of a large content of crushed stone of dense rocks, will be used. The technology makes it possible to successfully resist deformations and has a higher resistance to track formations.
Special attention should be paid to the use of a polyester geogrid, which is arranged between layers of asphalt concrete pavement. The use of this material makes it possible to prevent the deformation of the roadway in places of heavy traffic, the authorities specify.
