Thanks to the implementation of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads" in 2021, 127 road workers were trained in advanced training programs. The events were implemented with the support of the Russian Road Research Institute and the Russian University of Transport.
- Every year, changes are made to GOST standards to improve the quality of our roads and, as a result, improve the quality of people's lives. In order not only to be aware of innovations, but also to successfully apply them, it is necessary to increase the level of knowledge. And it doesn't matter whether you have been in the profession for two years or 20. "Everyone needs it," says Viktor Zhulkov, First Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
During 2021, the FAU "ROSDORNII" conducted classes on 21 advanced training programs, while 6 new ones were developed and 9 existing ones were updated. In the whole country, 5,161 people were trained. The share of listeners aged 18 to 35 years was 58.44%. In addition, 54 introductory and informational events were held on topical issues of road management, in which a total of participants took part more than 5.3 thousand people, and even more than 3.6 thousand industry workers watched the webinars on the record.
Many road workers of the Republic of Bashkortostan have been trained in several programs, among them ― "Application of information modeling technology in road construction", "Technical means of organizing and ensuring road safety in the design, construction and operation of highways", "Use of the Register of new and best technologies, materials, technological solutions for reuse in planning and the use of new technologies."
The acquired knowledge was applied in practice ― last year in the Republic of Bashkortostan more than 380 km of roads led to the standard. The share of facilities where the use of new and best technologies was envisaged was about 70%.
It should be recalled that professional development of road workers is one of the indicators of the federal project "System―wide measures for road development" of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads". In 2021, this indicator was exceeded by 2.58 times. Events implemented with the support of the Russian Road Research Institute and the Russian University of Transport.
