On the eve of the Minister of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov was on a working visit to Moscow. The head of the department held working meetings at the Moscow Automobile and Road State Technical University (MADI) and the FAU "RosdorNII". The events were also attended by Renat Utkin, General Director of Avtostrada JSC, Marat Yakushev, Deputy General Director of Tatdorproekt Institute JSC, Viktor Ushakov, Head of the Department of Road Construction and Operation at MADI University, and Renat Mavliev, Associate Professor of the Department of Highways, Bridges and Tunnels at the Institute of Transport Structures of KGASU.
During the meetings with the participation of Stanislav Naboko, Director General of RosDorNIA FAU, and Viktor Ushakov, Head of the Department of Road Construction and Operation at MADI University, the issues of road structures of the toll highway "Shali (M-7) – Bavly (M-5)" in the republic were discussed. Approaches to solving the problems of digital transformation of the road construction industry at the stages of planning, construction and operation were considered, and also pricing issues. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to hold a number of consulting meetings and technical councils within the framework of a permanent working group.
Recall that the decision to conclude a concession agreement on the creation and operation of the Alekseevskoye – Almetyevsk highway as part of the Shali (M-7) – Bavly (M-5) toll highway in the Republic of Tatarstan without holding a competition with the Avtostrada Joint Stock Company was made in accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 15.12.2021 No. 2668-R.
