About 80 road specialists from the customer's service and contracting organizations, as well as public figures participating in the implementation of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads" in the Volgograd region, are improving their qualifications at a seminar organized by the Training Center of CHUDPO "TSIVSSM" together with the FAA "ROSDORNII" and FSBI "ROSDORTECHNOLOGY".
Vladimir Maksimov, Head of the Department of Avtodor Group of Companies, Vladimir Martinson, Adviser to the General Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution ROSDORNII, Tatiana Kuzmenko, leading expert of the road economy of Rosdortechnology, Kirill Zhdanov, Deputy General Director of the ANO Research Institute of TSK, discussed the main changes in the legislation on urban development, general requirements for the design and maintenance of executive production and technical documentation in road and bridge construction, acts of inspection of hidden works and acts of intermediate acceptance of critical structures, as well as statements of control measurements when performing road construction works, outlined the requirements of the Avtodor Group of Companies to the rules of registration and acquisition of executive documentation for the construction of federal highways, departmental regulatory documents.
"The correct execution of performance documentation is always distinguished by the level of training of a road construction specialist. Today we have the opportunity to study all the nuances of this area of our professional activity in order to eliminate errors and improve the quality of the documentation. Today, in the year of quality, it is especially important to control the compliance of works, documents and materials with modern requirements," said Anatoly Vasiliev, Chairman of the Regional Transport Committee, who opened today's meeting.
Tomorrow it is planned to continue discussing the specifics of the transition to an electronic form of executive documentation, the basic principles and directions of registration of executive geodetic documentation, executive documentation for the installation of culverts, when removing engineering networks, when installing signs and applying road markings, etc.
It should be recalled that the construction of new roads and the restoration of existing ones remains one of the priorities of the federal center. In 2022, an additional 4.6 billion rubles were allocated from the reserve fund for the facilities of the Volgograd Region for these purposes.
