In accordance with the concluded contract with the administration of Petrozavodsk, the FAA "ROSDORNII" is working on the formation of a comprehensive scheme for the organization of public transport services (CSOT) for the Petrozavodsk City District.
Currently, a preliminary analysis of the conditions for the development of the public passenger transport system is being carried out. Based on the conducted transport and sociological survey and passenger flow survey, a mathematical model of the transport system will be developed, an optimal route network will be formed to meet the needs of the population in transportation, taking into account the requirements for the quality of transport services to the population, proposals will also be prepared for the development of passenger transport infrastructure and an organizational model for the management of the urban transport complex.
The deadline for completion of work under the contract is October 2022.
