The Russian Road Research Institute (ROSDORNII, Moscow) will assess passenger traffic and develop a new route network for Kurgan and the region. This organization became the winner of the auction despite the fact that it offered a large contract value.
"The winner is the participant of the competition, whose application has been assigned the highest final rating. To recognize the federal autonomous institution "Russian Road Research Institute" as the winner of an open competition in electronic form," the protocol published on the public procurement portal says.
ROSDORNII offered to perform the work for 26.5 million rubles at an initial bidding price of 27 million rubles. Voronezh Dormostiskaniya LLC was ready to perform the work for 23.7 million rubles, but scored less points according to the results of the competition. The company was inferior to the Research Institute in terms of such indicators as "Experience in successfully performing work of a comparable nature and volume" and "Qualification of labor resources".
