Federal experts checked the quality of road works in the Kursk region

Repairs on the highways were evaluated by employees of the Voronezh branch of the Russian Road Research Institute. Monitoring of work on the national project "Safe high-quality roads" is carried out annually.

In our region, experts plan to visit seven sites under repair. We have already checked the highways of Kursk. Among them is Dzerzhinsky Street, which is one of the longest objects of the current year.

The press service of the administration of the Kursk region notes that specialists milled the old roadbed, replaced the side stone, laid the leveling and upper layers of the coating. Asphalt is laid with high wear resistance. Now the work on Dzerzhinsky Street is being completed.

Representatives of ROSDORNIA checked the executive documentation, compliance with the technology, carried out the selection of inert materials and mixtures. Samples were taken from the finished coating for testing. Now the laboratory will check their physical and mechanical properties, grain composition and degree of compaction.
