A Quality Day was held in Volgograd on the topic: "Road works during the implementation of the national project "Safe high-quality roads". From ROSDORNIA, the event was attended by Vladimir Martinson, Chief Adviser to the General Director, and Sergey Cherkesov, Director of the Volgograd branch.
Vladimir Leonidovich made a report on the regulation of execution of executive documentation at road facilities in various regions of the Russian Federation. He explained that the executive documentation is text and graphic materials reflecting the actual execution of design decisions, the position of capital construction projects and their elements in the process of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, as the work defined in the project documentation is completed.
The specialist analyzed the process of intermediate acceptance, after which, in the act of acceptance of works, after signing it by all members of the commission, the contractor is given permission to perform subsequent types of work.
In his report, Vladimir Martinson noted that the mandatory conditions for the acceptance of certain types of work are compliance of the materials, structures and products used with the established requirements; elimination of defects and violations noted in the journals of work, supervision, construction control regulations, as well as availability of a set of necessary executive documentation. At the same time, the acceptance of hidden and responsible works should be made out by an act, attaching to each acceptance certificate a statement of control measurements, an executive geodetic scheme, the results of laboratory tests of the materials of structures or products used, and other documents on the quality of products.
The expert also spoke about the comments and suggestions on the results of the analysis of the executive documentation from the objects of the Volgograd region, separately focusing on the general work log and instructions for its maintenance, intermediate acceptance certificates and control measurement statements. During operational quality control of the road surface installation, each layer to be laid should be monitored at least every 100 meters, and parameters such as elevation marks along the axis of the road, width, thickness of the layer, transverse slope, evenness, adhesion of the car tire to the coating are subject to control.
In addition, the report discussed the evaluation criteria and the results of measurements of evenness, lateral slope and thickness of the upper layer of the road surface.

With the help of it, employees of the Volgograd branch conduct tests of asphalt concrete and asphalt concrete mixture for compliance with GOST 9128-2013 and GOST 31015-2002, for compliance with new standards GOST R 58406.1-2020 and GOST R 58406.2-2020, as well as concrete strength tests, crushed stone tests (granulometric composition, crushed stone grade, bream, dust particles), sand and soil (filtration coefficient, graulometric composition, density by cutting ring).
