On August 23 and 24, ROSDORNII, with the support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Road Agency, will hold an All-Russian seminar "Priorities of NP BCD: roads and transport in the regions".
Within two days, representatives of executive authorities in the field of the road industry will discuss topical issues of reforming public transport in urban agglomerations, digitalization and implementation of intelligent transport systems on the road network of the subjects of the Russian Federation within the framework of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads". The issues of monitoring the quality of highways in the regions will also be touched upon.

ROSDORNII is the key coordination center of the country, which monitors the progress of the national project. In 2019, as part of the implementation of the national project "Safe High–quality Roads", the institute was endowed with the functions of the BCC - the industry-wide competence center of the road industry. He accompanies the introduction of advanced technologies in the road industry in the regions, provides consulting and methodological support to subjects.
The main tasks of the BCC: analysis and coordination of regional road construction projects, monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of the use of new technologies. conducting diagnostics of the condition of sections of highways, monitoring the quality of road works in areas where new technologies are used, the introduction of intelligent transport systems on public roads.
Holding All-Russian seminars has become a good a tradition of ROSDORNIA since 2021. The last one took place in April. It was attended by representatives of the regional executive authorities of 40 subjects. The All-Russian seminar "Transport Planning and Digitalization: Synergy and efficiency" was devoted to the development of ground urban passenger transport.
