ROSDORNIA specialists will develop transport planning documents for the Republic of Crimea, Simferopol and adjacent territories by the end of the year. The programs of integrated development of transport infrastructure (PCRTI) and a comprehensive scheme for the organization of public transport services (CSOT) will be presented. The contract for carrying out such works was concluded with the state state institution "Service of Highways of the Republic of Crimea". All work will be carried out within the framework of the implementation of the federal target program of socio-economic development of the peninsula until 2025.
At the first stage, ROSDORNIA specialists will analyze the existing road traffic situation on the road network of the Simferopol urban agglomeration and the republic as a whole. The staff of the Scientific Institute will evaluate the work of the Crimean transport system and the mobility of the population in interregional and intermunicipal communication.
Then a mathematical model of the transport system of the republic will be developed, which will be used in the future in the development of other documents in the field of transport in the Crimea. It is planned to install the system separately target indicators of the development and functioning of the transport system of the peninsula.
ROSDORNII will also prepare forecast scenarios for the development of the transport system and develop requirements for projects and schemes for the organization of traffic in relation to highways of regional, inter-municipal and local significance. The final stage will be the planning of measures for the organization of comprehensive transport services for the population.
