Specialists of the Vladimir branch of the Russian Road Research Institute conducted monitoring of the quality of road works in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The audit was conducted by experts at seven repair facilities – these are roads: Ardatov – Diveevo, entrance No. 1 Bakaldy, Perevoz – Shatki, Gaidar Street in Dzerzhinsk, Gagarin Avenue, Svobody and Varvarskaya Streets in Nizhny Novgorod.
During the events, specialists inspected the facilities, checked the executive documentation and compliance with the technology of work, measured the geometric parameters of road surfaces. The experts also selected samples of asphalt concrete mixtures, coating samples (cores) and inert materials for testing in the laboratory.
In addition, the working group went to asphalt concrete plants, where specialists checked laboratory equipment, personnel qualifications, regulatory documentation, as well as how materials for the preparation of mixtures are stored.
Recall that the main purpose of monitoring the quality of road works is to collect, analyze and communicate information about the quality of road construction work to all interested parties participants in the activities within the framework of the national project "Safe high-quality roads".
