On December 8, Moscow hosted the NOPRIZ conference "Promising methods for determining the cost of design and survey work". Olga Karaseva, Head of the Pricing Department of the FAA "ROSDORNIA", made a report to its participants. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation and Glavgosexpertiza.
The report was devoted to determining the cost of work on the preparation of project documentation containing materials in the form of an information model. Starting from January 1, 2022, the use of information models is mandatory for all capital construction projects designed and reconstructed with the involvement of budgetary funds.
As Olga Karaseva noted, information modeling technology allows solving a number of problems of designing complex modern buildings that can no longer be designed using traditional methods in 2D. However, the new approach requires taking into account additional design costs, including the purchase of jobs, staff training, staffing changes, etc.
Two new methods for determining the cost of designing sections using TIM, developed at ROSDORNIA, were proposed and considered. The first is the determination of the cost of design work based on the information provided by a specialized organization conducting such work. The second is the methodology for determining the cost of work on the preparation of project documentation containing materials in the form of an information model approved by the order of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 854/pr dated 12/24/2020.This methodology takes into account the costs of work on the preparation of project documentation, the costs of work on the development of working documentation, as well as the costs of forming an information model of a capital construction object at the design stage containing information, documents and materials in the composition provided for in paragraph 2 of the Composition of information, documents and materials included in the information model of the ACS, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1431 of 15.09.2020.
