On December 13, a solemn ceremony of awarding employees of the road industry took place in ROSDORNIA. Director General of the institution Stanislav Naboko presented departmental awards of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation to distinguished employees of the Institute.
The gratitude of the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation for high production achievements and fruitful work was received by Andrey Chvanov, Adviser to the General Director, Igor Pictortsev, Head of the Road Safety Organization Department, and Dinara Guseva, Chief Specialist of the Personnel Department of the Case Management Department. Andrey Chvanov has been working at ROSDORNIA since June 2018 and is engaged in the introduction of advanced technologies at road facilities, the development of information systems and databases, as well as the equipment of dispatching and communication systems for road management bodies and other issues. Currently, Andrey participates in the execution of works within the framework of the R&D Plan of the Federal Road Agency and all sections of the state assignment of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.During his work, Andrey Chvanov has established himself as an experienced and competent manager. Andrey's conscientious performance of official duties and initiative have been repeatedly noted by the leadership of ROSDORNIA.
Igor Pictortsev has been an employee of ROSDORNIA since January 1990. For 30 years, he has been working in the road industry of the Russian Federation and has been developing Methodological Recommendations for measures to improve traffic conditions and improve road safety in order to eliminate places of concentration of accidents, analyzing the existing approach to ensuring pedestrian traffic safety in the Russian Federation and abroad.
Igor Pictortsev is the head of the development of the fundamental regulatory and technical documents of the road industry in terms of organization and road safety. During his work, Igor has proven himself to be an experienced and competent manager. The management of ROSDORNIA has repeatedly noted the conscientious performance of official duties and the initiative of Igor Pictortsev.
Dinara Guseva became an employee of ROSDORNIA in 2008. During her work at the Institute, she made a significant contribution to personnel records management during the periods of reorganization of the institution, preparing particularly important documents on the organization of personnel work.
Dinara has mastered electronic personnel accounting, as well as the registration and sending of personnel reports to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Pension Fund of Russia, the Federal State Statistics Service, the Federal Service for Labor and Employment. The conscientious performance of official duties and initiative of Dinara have been repeatedly noted by the leadership of ROSDORNIA.
