In two weeks, the specialists visited about 40 sites
Work is underway at all facilities within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways". This is more than two hundred kilometers of new road surface. Such work trips are carried out as part of monitoring the quality of work performed. The purpose of monitoring is to help the regions in the effective implementation of the national project, to bring information about the quality of work to all interested participants in road activities. The FAA "ROSDORNII" acts as an expert external to the regional customer of road works, possessing a wide range of knowledge and skills, which allows timely warning the region about inaccuracies or violations in the technologies used at the national project facilities. This, in turn, will help to avoid mistakes in the production of road works and ensure maximum efficiency of budget expenditures.
Experts from the Vladimir branch went to the Ivanovo region, where they conducted a quality audit at three facilities: repair of the Rostov-Ivanovo-Nizhny Novgorod, Lezhnevo-Khoznikovo-Shuya highways, as well as Okulova Street in Ivanovo itself. At each of the sites, the work is at the final stage: the top layer of the coating has already been laid, the construction of roadsides, bulk berms for road signs, and the application of vertical markings is underway. It is worth noting that the work on all three sites is carried out using new technologies: the top layer of asphalt concrete coating is made of SHMA-16. For quality control, samples were selected at all sites for further study.
Several cores from the top layer of the coating were also selected by experts of the Voronezh division of the FAA "ROSDORNIA". Samples of materials from the Voronezh-Lugansk-P.G.T. "Khokholsky" highway under repair are currently undergoing laboratory tests. The specialists visited the Voronezh and Tula regions. Moreover, joint visits to the facilities were organized together with representatives of customers. In addition, a group of experts visited local asphalt concrete plants, where they checked the work of laboratory services, as well as the maintenance of production documentation. Trips to the Orel, Ryazan and Moscow regions are planned for the next two weeks.
The Far Eastern branch managed to visit five sites. These are also highways Artem-Nakhodka-Vostochny port and Sibirtsevo-Zharikovo-Komissarovo, entrance to Kapitonovka village, streets in the cities of Vladivostok and Artem. At the site of the entrance to the village of Kapitonovka, experts assessed how the requirements for fencing work sites are met. Recommendations were issued, which were implemented immediately on the spot. As part of the monitoring, samples of raw materials (fractional crushed stone, sand, mineral powder, bitumen) were also selected, they were checked for compliance with GOST standards.
Volgograd employees visited the Samara region, where the Togliatti-Tashelka road is being repaired, and the Orenburg region, where 16 kilometers of the Secretarka-Dymka highway are being overhauled, and work is also being done on the Orenburg-Belyaevka road section.
The Perm branch evaluated the personnel and checked their competence in the Laboratory control Department of the Komi Republic, the relevant departments in the Komi Road Company, Dorinvest LLC and the Prikamye Federal State Institution.
In addition, extensive work has been carried out with representatives of the customer, contractor and construction control. Field events were also held, in particular at the site of the reconstruction of the highway Perm-Yekaterinburg.
The Siberian branch managed to inspect 10 facilities, all of them are located in the Irkutsk region. These are several sections of highways: Polukoltso-Tulun-Bratsk, Bratsk-Ust-Ilimsk, Zalari-Zhtgalovo, as well as several streets in Irkutsk and Angarsk.
The North Caucasus branch visited facilities in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories. Ural employees in the Tyumen region took 6 and 9 cores at two sites: the Tyumen-Krivodanova road and Shadrinsk-Yalutorovsk, photo fixation was carried out. In the Omsk region, specialists checked the operation of two ABZ with the sampling of crushed stone and mineral powder.
Recall that the quality audit is carried out at different stages of road works, attention is paid to the preparation of documentation, the quality of materials, compliance with the declared technology and the organization of construction control. In 2020, experts are tasked with inspecting about 350 sites across the country.
Another task of the scientific institute within the framework of the national project "BCAD" is to assess the technical condition of road sections. In just two reporting weeks, the branches of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" surveyed more than 4,400 kilometers. The Far Eastern branch managed to check 478 kilometers of roads in the Magadan region and another 242 kilometers in the Sakha Republic in Yakutia. The specialists of the Voronezh division checked more than 4JUDGZVRMFDWRUUWY3TOJATSENWJN54LKCNKBPRZDUHZI5VSEPHFUCKJNXRL2GJKNRSQTCORUREDAGRWSQVVCJZBRYFTLRNYDMT1A1BOZV of the municipal value. Employees of the Ural branch are currently working in the Tyumen region.
It should be added that the assessment of the technical condition of road sections is carried out to confirm the target indicators of compliance of roads with regulatory requirements. The sites are also being diagnosed with the use of new and best technologies after they are put into operation. To do this, the FAA "ROSDORNII" equips its branches with modern mobile road laboratories. In total, in the Russian Federation in 2020, it is planned to assess the technical condition (diagnostics) of about 58 thousand kilometers of roadway.
