On July 10, in Rostov-on-Don, the RADOR Association, together with the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and with the support of the Government of the Rostov Region, held a meeting with the heads of the territorial highway authorities of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts on the activities of regional road funds and the implementation of the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways".
The meeting was attended by Grigory Volkov, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Road Management of the Ministry of Transport of Russia, representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Rostov region and the FAA "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" for the Rostov region, FAA "ROSDORNIA", heads of federal and territorial road management bodies of the region. On behalf of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" at the event, Deputy General Director V.L.Martinson made a report "On the features of additional control over the performance of work during the implementation of the federal project "Road Network". Deputy Director for Innovative Development A.A. Domnitsky spoke about the creation of an Industry-wide Competence Center for new materials and technologies for the construction, repair and maintenance of highways and interaction with the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation. And the chief specialist of the Department for the development of industry concepts, strategies and programs M.A. Romanov analyzed the achievements of the indicator of the national project "The share of contracts for the implementation of road activities within the framework of the national project, providing for the performance of works on the principles of a life cycle contract, providing for the unification of various types of road works into one contract".
