On March 13-15, the 3rd scientific and practical conference "GEORADAR-2019" was held in Moscow.
The Head of the Department of Methods of designing Highways A.M. Kulizhnikov took part in the event on behalf of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" and made a report on "Georadiolocation method for measuring the thickness of layers of pavement".
The head of the Department of Innovative Technologies in Engineering Research R.A. Eremin and the chief specialist of the Department of Innovative Technologies in Engineering Research A.O. Kuznetsov also spoke at the conference and presented the report "Determination by the method of amplitudes of the thickness of asphalt concrete pavement using georadar".
The main objectives of the conference were the need to create a platform for offering and searching for hardware and methodological solutions ready for implementation in geological exploration, engineering surveys, in educational processes of educational institutions.
As well as the promotion and propaganda of georadar technologies in all possible branches of human activity and improving the image of the terms "Georadar" and "Georadolocation" in the business environment and in the market of geophysical services in the conditions of economic crisis and discrediting the method.
