On July 16, a scientific and practical conference "Science for Production: introduction of innovative technologies and materials within the framework of the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways" was held in Saratov under the chairmanship of the Minister of Transport and Road Management of the Saratov region N.N. Churikov.
The conference was held on the basis of the Saratov State Technical University named after Yu.A. Gagarin. The conference was attended by scientists of the Technical University, representatives of the regional government, the regional Ministry of Transport, deputies of the Saratov Regional Duma V.V. Rogozhin and A.P. Saninsky, as well as the director of the public project "Road Control" Nikolay Gurin.
The conference discussed issues related to the implementation of one of the main indicators of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways" in the Saratov region "Bringing in 2024 the share of contracts involving the use of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse to 80%" and the available innovative road construction materials and solutions, their affordability and the capabilities of contractors of the region for their application on an industrial scale. The Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Saratov Region and the Gagarin State Technical University signed a cooperation agreement.

Kozin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Expertise and Evaluation, Professor of the Department "Transport Construction" of the Institute of Energy and Transport Systems A.V. Kochetkov and Chief Specialist of the Department of Expertise and Risk Assessment S.P. Arzhanukhina.
