From September 11 to 13, 2019, a scientific and practical seminar on the topic "Requirements of modern regulatory documents in the conditions of implementation of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "Road Safety" (TR CU 014/2011)" was held on the basis of the Sochi branch of RUT (MIIT).
The event was attended by Deputy Head of Rosavtodor E.A. Nosov, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Company "Russian Highways" I.G. Astakhov, Deputy Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of road Management of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation O.V. Stupnikov, Vice-Governor of Krasnodar Krai A.V. Voronovsky, representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, regional and republican executive bodies, industry community.
Director for Innovative Development A.V. Chvanov and Deputy Head of the Department of Innovation and R&D of the CCC D.Y. Nebratenko took part in the seminar on behalf of the FAA "ROSDORNIA". During the scientific and practical seminar, important questions about the applicability of modern regulatory documents in the context of the implementation of TR CU 014/2011 "Road safety" and promising approaches to the development of this area both in the near future and in the long term.
The participants of the event supported the idea of creating a "Register of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse", formed within the framework of the FAA "ROSDORNII" as part of the implementation of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways" and discussed its formation and further use with interest. The high importance of the development of this area of the national project program was noted specifically for the regions of Russia. In particular, this issue was considered on the example of the Krasnodar Territory (Sochi, Novorossiysk and Krasnodar agglomeration).
