On September 13, a business forum "Digital Economy - Development without Borders" was held in the congress center of the Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park hotel. The business forum was part of the events of the "China Festival in Moscow" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Russian-Chinese diplomatic relations and aimed at strengthening trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
During the plenary session of the forum, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Russian Federation Zhang Hanhui, the head of the Fair Russia faction of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Sergey Mikhailovich Mironov, the General Representative of the Chinese Committee for the Promotion of International Trade and the Chinese Chamber of International Trade in the Russian Federation Xu Jinli, Deputy Governor of the Kaluga Region, Head of the Representative Office of the Government of the Kaluga Region to the Government Vladimir Vasilyevich Potemkin, Vice-President of the Innovation and Digital Economy Unit of the State Development Corporation "VEB.Russian Federation" Konstantin Evgenievich Grinfeld and others high-ranking representatives of state and public organizations and companies of the two countries.
Within the framework of the section "Digital Logistics and e-commerce", a number of reports were made on topical issues of the use of digital technologies in ensuring the planning and control of the implementation of special projects for the inter-border transportation of oversized cargo (ASEX Association together with Nawinia), providing multimodal logistics of combined cargo (First Forwarding Company), the use of GLONASS/Beidou satellite navigation technologies for the formation of digital transport corridors of the Russian Federation-China" (the company "Intelligent Transport Technologies"), the development of systems for high-precision weighing and charging in motion (VanJee Technology Co.).
The report "Green technologies and investments in transport – a key vector of modern development of belt and Road transport projects" (in the work of this section) was made by Stanislav Mamulat, Advisor to the Director General of the FAA "ROSDORNII", member of the Board of the International Transport Alliance "One Belt, One Road" (BRITA).
