Vladimir Martinson, Deputy Director General of the FAA ROSDORNII, at the invitation of the South Ural Federal Highway Administration, took part in the seminar "Quality Day" on December 14. Experience and prospects of implementation of the National Project "Safe and high-quality highways" in Chelyabinsk.
The organizers called the seminar a control event of the 2018 road season. In addition to the experience and prospects of implementing the federal project, the participants – representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Chelyabinsk region, Magnitogorsk, Kurgan region, subordinate and contracting organizations - discussed new standards for road repairs, the procedure for acceptance and evaluation of works, updated requirements of the federal project office, etc.
Vladimir Martinson's report "On the procedure for conformity assessment (construction control) of completed works within the framework of the implementation of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways" in accordance with the requirements of TR CU 014/2011 Highway Safety" aroused particular interest of the customer's services and contractors.
- The requirements established by this regulation provide increased control road repairs at all its stages. All the objects included in the national project "Safe and high-quality highways" must comply with them," stressed Vladimir Leonidovich.
