On September 25-27, a conference dedicated to Russian and foreign technologies for the design and construction of bridge structures was held in Moscow.
It was attended by employees of the FAA "ROSDORNIA": Head of the Bridge Operation Department, Ph.D. M.I. Sheintsvit, Chief Specialist of the Bridge Operation Department B.F. Yanovsky and chief expert of the Department of Expertise and Risk Assessment B.P. Kutko. The participants presented a report-publication on the topic "Experience in the application of the method of determining the actual stresses in concrete of operated bridge structures". The report highlights, in particular, the methods of using a number of bridges, technological operations in the study of stresses in concrete, as well as bridge structures where the "unloading" method was used to assess the actual stresses in superstructures.
