Alexander Merzlikin, head of the department of calculation and construction of road coverings of the FAA "ROSDORNII", spoke in Minsk at the international scientific and technical conference "Highways: safety and reliability", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Belarusian road science. He made a report on taking into account the special properties of non-cohesive granular materials in the design of non-rigid road clothes.
