GU "Main Directorate of Road Management of the Orenburg region" together with the FAA "ROSDORNII" held on May 31 the Quality Day "Technical regulation and quality management of repair of highways of agglomerations of the Orenburg region within the framework of the National Project "Safe and high-quality roads".
The moderator of the event was A.V. Kochetkov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Expertise and Risk Assessment of the FAA "ROSDORNII", member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Transport.
The seminar was opened by Balykin Sergey Viktorovich, First Vice-Governor-First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Orenburg region.
The seminar discussed the introduction of innovative technologies in the road industry of the Orenburg region, quality indicators in the system of technical regulation of territorial highways and the National Project "Safe and high-quality roads", requirements for the organization and conduct of construction control by the customer and contractor, as well as acceptance into operation of public highways according to the standards of TR CU 014/2011, registration of executive documentation when performing road works works in accordance with TR CU 014/2011.
Innovative technical solutions are considered, including asphalt concrete mixtures with dispersed bitumen, bitumen suspension, the use of phosphogypsum of road semihydrate, the device of layers of road clothes made of stone materials and soils treated with cement with the addition of the enzyme preparation "Dorzin", technologies and materials for the restoration of asphalt concrete water saturation indicators and the restoration of bitumen properties in the bitumen industry of ABZ using SUPERPAVE technology, the use of thermal heaters of asphalt concrete coatings.
