Representatives of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" take part in the interregional scientific and practical conference "Application of standards of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "Road Safety", organized by the Center for Testing, Implementation, Certification of Products, Standardization and Metrology with the support of the Federal Highway Agency.
Alexey Domnitsky, Deputy Director for Innovative Development of the FAA "ROSDORNII", made a report on monitoring the application of interstate standards included in the list of TR CU "Road Safety". Sergey Alekhin, head of the Quality control Department of road construction works of ROSDORNIA, analyzed the procedure for conducting, the main forms, characteristic errors of executive documentation in accordance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union and gave a number of practical recommendations to colleagues from other regions.
On the second day of the seminar, the chief expert of ROSDORNIA, Andrey Kochetkov, spoke in detail about the harmonization of the TR CU according to clause 4 of the presumption of conformity, as well as the sectoral risk management system in the road sector.
The conference became an expert training platform with the participation of representatives of Rosavtodor, the technical committee for Standardization No. 418 "Road Management", developers of basic standards for Technical Regulations, managers and specialists of customer services, contracting road organizations, design, survey organizations, manufacturers of road construction materials.
