The 10th session of the Expert Group on Comparative Analysis of Transport Infrastructure Construction Costs (GE.4) The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.
As part of the Russian delegation, Mikhail Ivannikov, Head of the Statistics and Accounting Department of the Scientific Directorate of the FAU ROSDORNII, took part in the conference.
During the session, the participants presented reports on the methodology and tools for assessing, calculating and analyzing the costs of the construction of inland transport infrastructure, as well as discussed a consolidated list of terms on roads, railways, inland waterways and intermodal terminals (ECE/TRANS/WP.5/GE.4/2019/1/Rev.1), which was updated by the UNECE secretariat following the results of the previous session.
Mikhail Ivannikov made a presentation on the topic: "Monitoring the cost of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs and maintenance of 1 km of public roads in the Russian Federation."
The Expert Group on Comparative Analysis thanked the FAA "ROSDORNII" for its active participation in the international integration of advanced research and research in national practice of estimating and calculating construction costs.
The next session of the UNECE GE.4 Expert Group is scheduled for 26-27 May 2020.
