Online lecture "Information requirements of the customer and the BIM project implementation plan. Stages of planning the implementation of BIM"
When: 28 October 2020, 10:00
Who:PSS GREITEK
BIM is becoming an increasingly important tool for the proper management of projects, construction sites and maintenance works of structures.
According to international standards, the main regulatory documents are – AIR, OIR, PIR, PIP, MIDP, TIDP, BEP, EIR. Let's look at the general structure and hierarchy of documents, find out what regulations are needed by project organizations, subcontractors and the customer.
How to correctly draw up "working" basic documents: the terms of reference for BIM (Employer's Information Requirements) and the BIM project implementation Plan (BEP-BIM Execution Plan). Let's compare the requirements for the exchange of information (EIR – exchange information requirements) with the information requirements of the customer (EIR – Employer's Information Requirements).
About what:
– information management and definition of information requirements in the BIM model of the construction object;
– regulation of information requirements: OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR, PIP
– information requirements of the customer, composition and structure;
– BIM project implementation plan, composition and structure.

Webinar "Platform-wide changes in CREDO III version 2.5"
When: October 28, 2020, 10:00-12:00 (Moscow time)
Who: Credo-Dialog company
About what:
Traditionally, with each release of a new version of the CREDO software package, developers not only add highly specialized functionality, but also optimize the operation of the entire complex as a whole. The autumn issue of 2020 will not be an exception.
– A whole block of changes will appear in working with coordinate systems. This is both the preservation of the coordinate system for the project (when transmitting data), and a new version of the representation of coordinate systems.
– When forming the profile drawing, settings will be added for a more correct display of the expanded plan and for the formation of more complete information in the "Straight Lines and curves of the plan" column.
– The block is developing import/export operations. Data exchange settings with MIF/MID have been finalized, all matching schemes for 3D, DWG/DXF, MIF/MID, PANORAMA have been transferred to the classifier. As part of the formation of an open universal format for exchanging data on a digital terrain model, the possibility of selecting layers has been added to the TopoXml format and a structure for transmitting geological data has been formed. When exporting to DWG/DXF, the function "Put signatures in a separate layer" has been added, and you can also enable the export of points with visibility disabled. When exporting the model to IFC, it became possible to name objects according to the names of layers, taking into account the hierarchy.
– Work continues on the unification of various methods of construction – in the new version, changes will affect the method of creating and editing points and signatures, the method of forming linear objects (approximation, tangents).
– In all CREDO III products, it will be possible to create a General Plan type project (previously it was absent in CREDO CADASTRE).

Webinar "Integrated bridge design in CIVIL 3D, INFRAWORKS and REVIT"
When: October 30, 2020, 14:00 (Moscow time)
Who: CSD infrastructure BIM projects company
In the Autodesk AEC Collection 2021.1 product update, the bridge design workflow has been improved, which allows you to link solutions and their changes at the main stages of work with the structure. Now the concept of InfraWorks is inextricably linked with the Revit and Civil 3D project and vice versa, which avoids unnecessary reworking of documentation and repeated adoption of basic design decisions.
About what:
– Development of the main corridor in Civil 3D
– Creating a bridge structure in InfraWorks
– Export of the finished bridge to Revit
– Changing the project in each program with updating data in other programs
– Reinforcement of the bridge in Revit and obtaining documentation
– Work with other transport infrastructure objects – aboveground pedestrian crossing and culverts
The webinar is aimed at such specialists as engineers of transport infrastructure, bridge structures, design engineers, CAD engineers, BIM coordinators, BIM managers, heads of structural divisions, GIPs and GAPs, builders, developers and technical customers.
The webinar will also be of interest to all active Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Revit users and those who are still solving infrastructure tasks in AutoCAD.
Speakers:
Yuri Sorokin – product manager of the "Infrastructure Solutions" direction, CSD.
Timur Suleymanov – product manager of the direction "Solutions for the design and calculation of building structures", CSD.
