The Minister of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov, the Director General of the FAU "RosdorNII" Stanislav Naboko and the Director of the Russian Academy of Transport Oleg Pokusaev got acquainted with the scientific, educational and design centers (REC) and developments of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The guests visited the Information and educational space "15" ("Pyatnashka"), scientific and educational cents "Digit/Digit/Digital", "Strength/Nyklyk/Strength", "Roads/Yullar/Roads" and the scientific, educational and project center for spatial development of cities "Urban Planning"/"Urban planning".
Within the framework of the meeting, a round table was held on the training of personnel for the transport industry. During the discussion, Rector of KGASU Rashit Nizamov and Vice-Rector for Research Activities Evgeny Vdovin reported on the introduction of innovative solutions of KGASU in construction education and production.

Director of GBU "Road Safety" Rifkat Minnikhanov spoke about the need for students and postgraduates of the university to participate in competitions and grants at the republican and federal levels.
Recall that yesterday, as part of an expanded meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Republic of Tatarstan, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with soldiers of the headquarters of student detachments of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The students told the President of the Republic of Tatarstan about their participation in the construction of road infrastructure facilities at All-Russian and republican construction sites.
