Dear colleagues!
I congratulate you on such a significant holiday for our country – Russia Day. On this day 30 years ago, after the signing of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the RSFSR, a new, independent state appeared – the Russian Federation. It inherited the great Russian history, fortitude and friendship of the peoples living on its territory. The adoption of the new Constitution outlined the political principles and the position of Russia in the modern world.
You and I have the honor to serve the country by bringing together the most remote regions of our homeland. Each of you makes an invaluable contribution to the well-being of our Motherland with your work, for which I thank you heartily.
On this bright day, I wish happiness and well-being to you, your families, relatives and friends. Together we make our beautiful Homeland better every day!
