Experts of the road industry and ROSDORNIA discussed the prospects for the introduction of TIM

Representatives of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the FAA "ROSDORNII", JSC "Russian Railways", GC "Avtodor" and RUT (MIIT) took part in an expanded meeting on the introduction and development of information modeling technologies (TIM) in the road industry.

Information modeling technology involves the creation of an information model of the future object throughout its entire life cycle. The use of technology helps to speed up the process of project development and implementation, reduce costs, optimally plan the order of work and improve their quality. In addition, thanks to the creation of a common information environment, TIM allows you to monitor the progress of the implementation of the stages of construction, reconstruction or repair, to ensure control of all technical plans and the relevance of the data entered. This makes the project implementation process as transparent and open as possible.

style="text-align: justify;"> Following the meeting, the expediency of developing measures to support domestic manufacturers of software products, the need for their active participation in the implementation and development of TIM, as well as the formation of a legislative and regulatory framework was noted.
