A working meeting was held in ROSDORNIA with representatives of the Association of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Consumers of Aluminum – the Aluminum Association.
The Association is interested in working together with the Institute for Standardization in the field of road management, including the development of documents in accordance with the Long-term standardization program in the field of road management, approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation in 2017, and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "Road Safety" (TC 014/2011).
- At the meeting, issues of joint research directions to determine the areas of rational use of aluminum and its alloys in the road sector were discussed, - commented Alexey Domnitsky, Deputy Director for Innovative Development. - Based on the results of the work, scientifically sound proposals will be prepared for making appropriate changes and developing standardization documents.
