Polymer stabilizer "PARAGON M10+50" and clay soil stabilizer "PARAGON LBS" are included in the Register of New and Best Technologies (RNNT), Materials and Technological Solutions for Secondary Use, which was developed by ROSDORNII within the framework of the National Project "Safe Quality Roads".

"PARAGON M10+50" is made on the basis of acrylic copolymer and is used to strengthen soils with plasticity value not more than 12. The addition of polymer stabilizer to «soil cement" improves the deformation characteristics of reinforced soils, which eliminates the main disadvantages of soil cement: the formation of temperature and shrinkage cracks.

"PARAGON LBS" is a liquid stabilizer (modifier) of clay soils. Its main function is hydrophobization and modification of clay soils, changes in their physical and mechanical properties (changes hydrophilic nature of clay and calcareous soils to hydrophobic, reduces the degree of plasticity and degree of looseness, provides maximum compaction coefficient), which allows to use local soils more widely in the structural layers of pavements and significantly increase their bearing capacity. Soils with the content of dusty and clay particles over 15% by weight of the soil are subject to treatment with aqueous stabilizer solution.

The materials are harmonized with the requirements of TR TS 014/2011 and are environmentally safe for human health and the environment.

The Register of New and Best Technologies, Materials and Technological Solutions for Secondary Use consists of five main sections: "Technologies", "Materials", "Constructions", "Documents" and " Industries".

Decisions on the inclusion of developments in the Register are made by working groups of the Expert Council of the Industry-wide Competence Center for New Materials and Technologies for Construction, Repair and Maintenance of Highways.
