Vladimir Kudashev, Director of the Far Eastern Branch of the FAA "ROSDORNIA", took part in the round table "Road Construction - Far East 2020", which was held on February 14 in Khabarovsk.
Topics of the main working sessions: "BKAD" is the experience of the first year of the implementation of the national project in the regions of the Far East. Transition to national standards", "Smart roads for a Smart city", "Features of bridge construction in the Far East".
More than 150 industry professionals discussed the problems and prospects of road development in the Far East, assessed the effectiveness of projects already implemented in the region and outlined plans for further cooperation. The round table for the twelfth time provided an opportunity to conduct an open dialogue between representatives of all industry structures and directions.
Vladimir Kudashev, in a report on the implementation of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways" in the Far Eastern Federal District, presented the results for each of the targets. The Far Eastern branch of the FAA "ROSDORNII" within the framework of the national project provides solutions to issues of complete, selective or targeted control, monitoring, and study of the necessary indicators on the territory assigned to the branch.
Four regions (Zabaikalsky Krai, Kamchatka Krai, Primorsky Krai and Sakhalin Oblast) should reduce the share of federal and regional highways operating in overload mode by 10%. In other regions, there are no roads operating in overload mode. In most regions of the district, the number of places of concentration of accidents decreased by 2 times, in the Magadan region - by 3 times.
In order to achieve the targets of the national project, regional programs "Road Network" and "System-wide measures for the development of road facilities" have been developed in the regions.
- I want to note that the primary task of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" is to assist and prevent mistakes by performers, and not to control the fact of non-fulfillment or poor-quality execution of certain works at the final stage, when it is impossible to fix it or it is too expensive, - Vladimir Kudashev noted in his report. - ROSDORNII is also responsible for the formation and maintenance of a Register of new and best technologies, materials and Technological solutions for reuse (RNNT). We are always ready to provide any expert, advisory help. And we ask for our part to promptly inform about the changes made to the regional programs in terms of the scope of work.
