A unique mobile diagnostic laboratory "Eskandor" has arrived in the capital of the Kursk region to diagnose the road surface in the region as part of the implementation of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads". ROSDORNIA experts carried out a test diagnosis of the regional route "Crimea — Ivanino".

In total, 10 sites with a total length of 600 km will be scanned in the region. The productivity of the laboratory averages 400 km per day, it can work up to 20 days without uploading data. To control the "Escandor", only a driver or two replacement drivers are needed – all other data is read automatically. The team of engineers maintains the laboratory only at the stage of pre-trip preparation and at the stage of data unloading.

Employees of ROSDORNIA presented the innovative mobile laboratory to the Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit and told in detail about the features of its work. Specialists of the scientific The Institute will conduct tests and measurements on sections of regional roads, which will then be used by employees of regional road services to draw up repair plans and select technologies. The data will also be used for digital design.
