ROSDORNIA experts held a series of webinars on the specifics of the implementation of the national project "Safe High-quality Roads", told about the practice of applying antimonopoly legislation and discussed issues related to procurement in the road sector.
At the first online seminar, the head of the analytical department of ROSDORNIA, Alexander Perfilov, spoke about the updating of regional passports of subjects within the framework of the national project. He was followed by the deputy head of the Department for monitoring the application of innovations, Alyona Parasyuk, who spoke about ensuring the effective operation of regional project groups.
Alexander Konorev, Head of the Department of Advanced Research and Testing Methods, made his report, who spoke about automated weight and size control points. After him, the results of monitoring contract documentation in 2021 were shared with the audience. The main comments were voiced by the head of the Road works Quality monitoring Department Pavel Kriushin.
Also during the webinar, the issues of the use of new technologies were considered, application of life cycle contracts and support of activities in the implementation of a national project. The participants were representatives of 56 regions.
The second seminar was devoted to the practice of applying antimonopoly legislation within the framework of the national project. The main speaker was Olga Gorbacheva, Deputy Head of the Department of the Central Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The audience was introduced to the position of the antimonopoly authority and the courts, as well as to get answers to questions of interest. Representatives from 37 regions joined the event.
The final webinar was dedicated to procurement in the road sector. Alexey Kovrov, Acting Deputy Director General, and Vasily Bokan, Head of the Department of Applied Research of Legislation and Law Enforcement, spoke about amendments to legislation and electronic appeal of bidding decisions.
The second part of the seminar was attended by the Head of the Resource Monitoring Department Evgeny Lysov, the head of the Department of Analytics, Forecasting and Expertise Natalia Grebtsova and the Deputy Head of the Department of Applied Research of Legislation and law enforcement of Aigazel Baylieva.
