The Scientific and Educational Center for Advanced Training, Professional Retraining and Certification of Personnel (REC) will become a platform for the implementation of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways" in matters of advanced training for road workers, training on the introduction of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse.
