The Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Saratov region held an extended meeting on the issue of quality assurance and compliance with the deadlines of road works within the framework of the national project "Safe and high-quality Highways".
The event was attended by the head of the Department of expertise and risk Assessment of the FAA "ROSDORNII", Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor A.V. Kochetkov.
The meeting was opened by the Minister of Transport and Road Management of the Saratov region N.N.Churikov. As the Minister stressed, "like-minded people gathered at this site to discuss issues related to the implementation of the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways" in the Saratov region. Three components lead to overall success. This is "high–quality design, high-quality repair and high-quality maintenance of roads".
The head of the department emphasized that the achievement of the planned results is impossible without the use of new and best technologies. The region plans to reach at least 80% of the total number of contracts by 2024, where new and best technologies are used
