Within the framework of the national project "Safe high-quality roads", according to the state assignment of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the FAA "ROSDORNII" will carry out research work on the development of an album of standard designs of road clothes for the Kursk region. The Road Institute has applied a new approach, which provides for the development of standard road pavement designs not only for new construction, but also for major repairs and repairs. The developed package of solutions will allow the region to ensure the durability of roads of regional and inter-municipal significance.
The Committee of Transport and Highways of the region provided all the necessary data, such as climatic and ground-geological, on the availability of construction materials and equipment, as well as promising technologies that are planned for implementation.
Each standard pavement design included in the album was developed using new and best technologies and materials included in the RNNT (Register of New and Best Technologies, Materials and Technological Solutions for Reuse). The development will prevent both constructive, so are technological errors in the application of new technical solutions.
