Issues of cooperation were discussed at a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea in Simferopol. The delegation of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" also visited a number of objects of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways".
The meeting was held on February 12 and was devoted to the issues of achieving the main indicators of the national project and ensuring the quality of work. The Ministry of Transport of the Republic was represented by the Head of the Road Management Department Ivan Tishchenko. The delegation of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" was headed by the Director General of the Institute Alexey Varyatchenko.
Also, the delegation from the Institute included representatives of departments working directly with the regions within the framework of the national project: Deputy Director for the Development of branches in the Southern Federal District Daria Dmitrieva, Head of the Laboratory Support Department of the OCC Sergey Stuk, Deputy Head of the Department for Improving the Efficiency of Road Activities Alexander Perfilov and Deputy Head of the Department of Internship, Advanced Training and Postgraduate Education Dmitry Strizhevsky.
Participants of the meeting We came to the conclusion that it is necessary to strengthen monitoring of the performance of indicators of the national project in the Republic. We are also talking about conducting an audit of the quality of highways. This year, a branch of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" will be established in the region, equipped with a mobile container-type laboratory.
Also, specialists of the FAA "ROSDORNIA" will provide consulting and methodological support to Crimean road workers. So, the delegation of the Institute visited the laboratory of the State Institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Service of Highways of the Republic of Crimea", examined the equipment. Representatives of the Institution offered, if necessary, to provide methodological assistance in the design of asphalt concrete mixtures and in conducting a number of tests at the facilities of the FAA "ROSDORNIA".
In addition, representatives of the Institution inspected a number of objects repaired within the framework of the national BCAD project. Another detour point was the asphalt concrete plant in Simferopol, which since 2019 has significantly increased production volumes due to a sharp increase in the demand for asphalt concrete with the start of the national project. This year, the company is waiting for a new modernization.
