He spoke about the prospects for the use of secondary materials in the resource support of measures aimed at the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 204 of 07.05.2018, as well as the role of the Industry-wide Competence Center (CCC) created on the basis of the Federal State Educational Institution "ROSDORNIA" in the testing and implementation of new technologies and materials produced using secondary resources.
