On May 22-25, 2019, Novosibirsk hosted the International Siberian Transport Forum and specialized exhibition of transport and logistics services, commercial transport and special equipment TransSiberia/Translogistika.
The Forum was held with the support of the administration of the Novosibirsk region and with the participation of the Russian Association of Territorial Authorities of Highways (Association "RADOR"). This is the largest industry event in the region, the purpose of which is the interaction of public authorities, the public and the business community to solve urgent problems of transport and road construction complexes, increase the investment attractiveness of Siberia.
Within the framework of the Forum, work was organized on railway, air and passenger transport. The issues of road construction and transport and logistics complexes are considered. Special attention was paid to road safety issues. 5 plenary discussions were held, as well as the II All-Russian competition "The Best taxi driver in Russia". At the RADOR Conference "Quality control in the implementation of the project "Safe and high-quality the reports defining possible risks, as well as tasks for achieving the targets of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways" were considered. As part of the discussion of these tasks, a report was presented by V.P. Mironyuk, Deputy Director for Innovative Development of the FAA ROSDORNII, on the topic "On the creation of an Industry-wide Competence Center for New materials and technologies for the construction, repair and maintenance of highways and interaction with the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the BCC). The report highlights the tasks of creating and functioning of the BCC in achieving the targets of the federal projects "Road Network" and "System-wide measures for the development of road facilities", presents the basic principles of its creation. The conference was also attended by Deputy Director General of the FAA "ROSDORNII" V.L. Martinson with a report on the topic: "On the features of additional control over the performance of work in the implementation of the Federal project "Road Network". About the organization of a professional development system for road workers focused on training in the use of new and best technologies, materials and technological solutions for reuse were told by O.Y. Eremina, presenting a report of the same name.
The discussion of the measures for the implementation of the national project "Safe and High-quality Highways" aroused wide interest among representatives of regional and municipal structures responsible for the development of road infrastructure in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Following the results of the forum, the main tasks facing the transport industry of the Siberian Federal District and Russia as a whole were announced.
