The traditional annual international scientific and practical conference "Transport Planning and Modeling" will be held this year on April 16 and 17 in an online format. The organizer is the Association of Transport Engineers with the support of a number of organizations, institutions and departments, including the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the FAA "ROSDORNII".
Within the framework of the Conference, representatives of leading domestic and foreign companies and institutions working in the field of transport planning and modeling, as well as in related fields, are expected to speak.
On the first day of the Conference, it is planned to hold a plenary discussion, at which a report on the topic "The tasks of reforming passenger transport in cities. A look through the prism of new challenges" will be presented by Ekaterina Olegovna Bryazgina, Director for the Development of ITS FAU ROSDORNII.
After the plenary discussion, a session "Implementation of the national project "Safe and high-quality highways" will be organized, at which representatives of the Department will make presentations Transport planning: Head of the Department Vladimir Sergeyevich Pashchenko, Head of the Department of methodological support of Transport Planning Dmitry Mikhailovich Kazmin, Head of the Department of Transport Systems Development Sergey Vladimirovich Kudryashov.
On the second day of the Conference, within the framework of round tables devoted to transport planning and modeling and intelligent transport systems, a speech is planned by the Director of ITS Development Ekaterina Olegovna Bryazgina, Head of the Department of Intelligent Transport Systems Vasily Borisovich Kurguzov, Head of the Department of Development and implementation of transport planning documents Nikita Sergeevich Anufriev.
