Data Processing and Analysis Division

Data Processing and Analysis Division processes and analyzes data obtained from performed works to provide information support for activities of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation; carries out the annual monitoring of construction, reconstruction, overhaul, repair and maintenance cost of one kilometer of public roads; prepares and presents information,  analytical and scientific materials on the cost of construction of public roads; prepares  information and analytical materials on the use of information modeling technologies in construction, including in foreign countries.

The Division performs the following functions:

  • Carries out the annual monitoring of the construction, reconstruction, overhaul, repair and maintenance cost of one kilometer of public roads in order to fulfill subparagraph "g" of paragraph 1 of Section 1 of the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation dated 12.11.2014 No. Pr2651-GS following the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation dated 08.10.2014;

  • Prepares volatility cost models of work, considering the price-determining construction materials used in determining the cost of work related to road construction and maintenance;

  • Prepares volume models of construction materials used in the framework of national projects and federal programs;

  • Illustrates developed statistical matrices and models;

  • Provides organizational, technical, methodological and practical assistance to regions of the Russian Federation within competence of the Division;

  • Makes proposals on the need for material and technical support of the Division to carry out professional activities within its competence and provides lists of necessary assets for procurement;

  • Makes suggestions on the need to improve skills of employees and provides data on the content of required training programs;

  • Interacts with contractors (executors, suppliers) under contracts concluded by the Institution, in case when these contracts include works (services provision, goods delivery) within the professional activities of the Division;

  • Collects information and analytical materials on the use of information modeling technologies in construction, including in foreign countries.
